My wife and I spend five months away from our home in Florida. We wanted to be sure that the house was watched for any security or maintenance issues as well as to be prepared for any storms that might cause serious damage. We engaged Argos Homewatch, LLC to help. This will be our third year with Liz and Dennis, and we have been extremely satisfied. They set up a schedule and checklist to monitor our house with regular visits and, when completed, send a detailed report, including pictures. They were great in preparing the house for the impending hurricane in the fall of 2019, putting up the accordion shutters, securing the garage door, and bringing inside a number of things we inadvertently left in the yard. When the danger was over, they returned the property to its normal status. When I needed help on a maintenance issue, Liz arranged for a contractor to come, had the work done, and sent me pictures of the completed project. They have done a great job for us.

I have been using their services for several years at two different homes. They are just perfect for what I need. They look after my home and start my car and golf carts. I get a report after each inspection. I have had a few minor problems in the house (car will not start, golf cart issues, etc.) and they solve them all immediately. They also provided services that I did not expect (such as cleaning out the garage and outdoor kitchen) before I return home.
